National Night Out

National Night Out (NNO) is an annual, nationwide community-building campaign held on the first Tuesday in August (or October in some regions) that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. It features block parties, cookouts, and safety demonstrations, encouraging residents to get outside, meet neighbors, and engage with local law enforcement.
